Alerting Systems are installed to conform with HSE legal requirements at work.

When an emergency call point is activated, a pre-defined text message is sent to all first aiders on duty, informing that they are required at a specific location. On arrival, the first aider can cancel the call to avoid others attending or leave it until enough people arrive to deal with more serious incidents.

Separate call points can be added with different messages to different pagers or groups of pagers for multiple incidents that may cause a health and safety issue and require immediate attention.

Our Alerting Systems self monitor. If contact is lost with devices, it will alert users, so that action can be taken prior to an incident occurring and system not being available.

Multiple user accounts are password protected to provide traceability and avoid the system being misused.
